Our white is fresh, aromatic and crystalline. Citrus notes, orange blossom and a mineral finish typical of granite soils. Pairs beautifully with grilled fish, seafood and salt cod.
Deep ruby colour, characteristic foam and a unique structure. A light yet vivid red, intensely aromatic, calling for traditional Minho dishes — sarrabulho, rojões or bacalhau à minhota.
Our Espadal is luminous and festive. Raspberry hue, strawberry and cherry aromas, with a delicate, elegant finish. Perfect for starters, salads and summer afternoons in the shade of the vines.
